Admission Procedure
Section A:
Admission procedure
i. All enquiries on admission should be directed through the Administrative office of the school to the Head of School
ii. Admission are opened to al the classes all through the academic session
iii. Application to the school should be made on the school form. This can be collected in the office at the rate of 5,000 per form
iv. Admissions should be based on the following platforms:
a. Academic/entrance test performance which should be above average in Numeracy and Literacy for Nursery Classes or English Language and Mathematics for Primary Classes also general knowledge
b. Age of the child guided by the following:

Note: Any child who fulfills the terms above should be considered admission important and required document for the students are:
i. A copy of birth certificate
ii. Two recent passport photograph
iii. Medical reports on (a) blood genotype (c) general heath report iv. A copy of the last examination report from the previous school attended
Section B: Parents/guardian of the child/children seeking for admission shall follow the steps below:
i. Payment for admission form into the school bank account

ii. Presents teller of payment to the Bursar for a receipt
iii. Presents the receipt to the Administrative Secretaries for the admission form
iv. Fills the admission form correctly and submit to the Administrative Secretaries with photocopies of other requirements
Section C:
Entrance Test
i. Parent/guardian would be required to bring the children for entrance test as scheduled by the school
ii. The entrance test shall cover Numeracy and Literacy (infant classes) Mathematics and English Language (primary cases test of general knowledge
iii. The test shall be conducted in the classroom environment under the supervision of the teacher in charge
iv. The teacher in charge marks and scores the test
v. The teacher writes recommendations objectively and submits the report to the Head of School
vi. The Head of School meets the parent/guardian to discuss the child’s performance and the decision of the school with them
vii. An admission letter will be issued
viii. The Headteacher directs the parent/guardian that agreed to the decision to the Bursar for the school fees and other details
ix. Admission letter would be printed as directed by the Head of School and be presented to the parent/guardian in a/jacket that contains:
a. The school prospectus
b. The school fees
c. Calendar of events
d. List of other requirements etc.

Textbooks / Stationery
a. Reception - Kindergarten N18,000 – N30,000
b. Lower Primary (Grade 1 – Grade 3) N32,000 – N33,500
c. Upper Primary (Grade 4 – Grade 6) N34,000 – N36,000
Optional:
a. Transportation within Parafa – N25,000
b. Transportation outside Parafa strictly depends on location as follows:
